6/20/11 blogtalkradio.com/braininjuryradio/

6/20/11, tonight Marcus and I  were introduced to Brain Injury Radio on the Internet. We have a new outlet. It was wonderful hearing that you are not alone, others are going through the same thing you are. Kevin Phillips and Craig Sillica discussed brain injuries, brain-injured persons’ needs, their families’ needs, and etc. Tonight they discussed the need for mentorship and the impact it can have on other brain injured persons and their families. Talking to someone who’s going or went through what you are going through can remove the walls that keep you from going forward.  Different people called in with their experiences and outcomes. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We  believe in what they are doing and we believe in mentorship. If we can be of any help, we will definitely try.

I even got to talk on the show with Craig Sillica and Kevin Phillips.  http://www.blogtalkradio.com/braininjuryradio/2011/06/21/thriving-with-our-hidden-talents

Listen to it sometime! It’s a wonderful experience for brain injured persons and their families.  http://www.blogtalkradio.com/braininjuryradio/

by Craig Sicilia

It was Napoleon Bonaparte who said, “Let the path be open to talent.” Imagine discovering an unknown talent you have upon acquiring a TBI. That is exactly what happened to Derek Amato, a musical savant, who will share his unique story with host, Kevin A Phillips. Join Kevin as he explores the hidden talents within us and lead us on a path to reveal them!
