A brain injured person has a long, tough journey ahead of him or her. It’s a lifetime journey for all. Sometimes, it’s like heading up a long, lonely, dimly lit hallway. As you journey to the entrance of the hallway, the light does get brighter. There is always hope. Just remember, your loved one may not be able to talk, but they are still able to hear. Just have patience!

We did them long distance while on the phone after I had my brain problems. I could instruct him how to do them and follow his progress, even though I was in Florida and he was in Texas.
